Gettysburg College is committed to working with students and their families to ensure that the ability to pay does not become an obstacle to a Gettysburg education. Need-based financial aid, academic merit scholarships, and music talent scholarships are available. Financial aid packages offered by Gettysburg College are competitive with those available from our peer institutions.
Gettysburg College awarded $35 million in scholarships and grants for the 2008-09 academic year, and approximately 70% of the student body benefited from these funds. Merit-based scholarships range from $7,000 to $15,000 per year. Gettysburg College grants vary from $500 to $37,950, based on financial need.
