A completed application file contains the following items:

Completed Common Application- Apply online or download a paper version
Gettysburg Supplement
Official secondary school records
Official SAT I or ACT scores (click here for our test optional policy)
Teacher recommendation
Counselor recommendation
$55 application fee (personal checks, Visa, and Mastercard accepted)
Senior mid-year grades (when available)
Early Decision Form (only if applying for Early Decision admission)

Bright Lights!
Big City!

From meeting CBS Evening News anchor Katie Couric to seeing their names on a Times Square billboard, more than 20 Gettysburg College sophomores, juniors and seniors interested in careers in mass media and communications had an experience like no other this January.

One of the many programs offered by the Center for Career Development, "Bright Lights! Big City!," brought students face-to-face with Gettysburg College alumni, parents and friends who are involved in television, journalism, advertising and public relations.
