Student Account Information
Student Account Invoices will be mailed during the first week of July for the Fall semester and during the first week of December for the Spring Semester. Full payment for each semester is due by the stated due dates. Payment may be made to the school in the form of cash, personal check, cashier's check, certified check, or money order. Credit card payments are accepted by calling PhoneCharge at 1-877-206-5356. (Please note: PhoneCharge has set a $2,500 per transaction limit with a $60.00 convenience fee per transaction to use this service. This fee is not associated with or passed on to the College.)
Payment may also be made by Parent Plus Loans, Federal Stafford Loans, Alternative Loans, Payment Plan, or any combination thereof. Please contact the Financial Aid Office to discuss loan options. Please note all Financial Aid forms must be completed to determine eligibility for Federal, State or Gettysburg College Grants or Loans.
How To Read Your Student Account Statement:
Student Account Invoices will be mailed each month on approximately the 5th of each month. Each statement will include the balance due from the prior month and any activity that has occurred on the account during the month.
Financial Aid will appear as Anticipated Aid until approximately 2 weeks after the start of the semester or until loan funds are received. The amount due each month should be paid, in US dollars, no later than the due date on the statement. Unpaid balances are subject to a 1% per month late fee charge.
Credit balances will be applied to next semester unless a specific request is made for a refund to finserv@gettysburg.edu.

Student Health Insurance:
The College requires all students to have adequate health insurance coverage. Students are billed for Student Health Insurance each Fall. You may choose to waive the student health insurance coverage if you have adequate coverage or to purchase the coverage by completing the appropriate on-line form. The appropriate form must be completed by August 1st indicating your wish to waive the student health insurance coverage or to purchase the student health insurance. Once the proof of coverage form is completed, the charge will be removed from your student account statement. If the waiver is not completed by August 1st, the student will automatically be enrolled in the student health insurance plan and required to pay the student health insurance charge.
Parents/Guardians who already have a login, may access the web forms by logging in at the following link https://cnav.gettysburg.edu, choosing My Place, then My Student, then My Student Health Insurance. Parents/Guardians who do not currently have a login should complete the login request at the following link, then login as above to complete the appropriate web form https://biz.gettysburg.edu/cnav/accounts/parent/ . Students may also complete the appropriate web form by logging into CNAV, going to My Place, My Forms, and then My Health Insurance.
