Transportation

Our goal at Gettysburg College is to make your event on our campus very successful. To accomplish this goal, we feel an obligation to make our remote location more accessible to everyone planning to attend events at our facilities. 

Gettysburg College Transportation Services offers a shuttle service from Baltimore-Washington International Airport at a rate of $110 round trip per person. Set shuttle times are available at this rate. Two weeks' notice is required to guarantee a seat on the shuttle. Other shuttle services may be available. Please contact our office to discuss locations, times, and costs. This service can be provided directly to your participants. A flyer is available to send to them.

Transportation Services also has vehicle rental services available to conference groups as a whole. These vehicles include a 29 passenger bus, 11 passenger vans, mini-vans, and sedans. Costs vary depending on times, locations, and driver availability. Our office is available to assist you in planning the appropriate vehicles to meet the needs of your groups. We can also assist in renting coach buses when this service is required.
