Insurance

The event sponsor shall provide its own liability insurance for all of its participants in the amount of no less than $1,000,000.00. Gettysburg College is to be named additional insured on your policy. This policy must be presented to the College no less than thirty (30) days before the first appearance date. The Department of Conference and Event Services is not responsible for the personal property of event participants. Participants are responsible for keeping their residence hall room doors locked at all times.
