Helenmarie Hofman
Associate Professor of Education

Hofman received bachelor's and master's degrees from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and a doctorate from the University of Minnesota. Long interested in the use of ecology as a tool for training teachers, she makes extensive use of the World Wide Web in her courses, teaching her students how to evaluate Web sources, successfully integrating technology and teaching. She is actively involved in science education, space exploration and aerospace education, with a recent project for NASA's Destination: Earth. Hofman is also a member of the Satellite Educators Association and International Wolf.
