College Surveys
Assessment of student learning is among the primary functions of the Office. Specifically, it
- Administers national and regional benchmark assessment of learning instruments, completes analyses, and writes reports. (Survey Calendar)
- Conducts local assessments, e. g., institutional surveys.
- Works with COLA and CLAG to implement the College assessment plan for learning outcomes.
- Assists departments with assessment of student learning and program evaluation.
- serves as a central repository for assessment reports, studies, resources, and other related efforts.
The following links display reports based on Gettysburg results collected through surveys, many of which serve as indirect evidence of student learning outcome achievement. These surveys also yield useful information on student pre-college characteristics and learning processes/environments. (Note: A College network username and password are required at log-in.)
