Registration
Every Gettysburg College Student organization and club must register with the Office of Student Activities & First-Year Programs EVERY semester. You can submit these forms as email to the Office of Student Activities and First Year Programs Office Clubs' Liaison at papaja02@gettysburg.edu.
If you are a NEW student organization please submit the following materials:
- Student Organization Registration Certificate
- Excel Roster Sheet for Members
- Constitution
- Advisor Letter of Verification
To re-register your organization please submit the following materials:
- Student Organization Re-registration Form
- Excel Roster Sheet for Members
- Updated Constitution (ONLY if changes have been made)
- Advisor Letter of Verification (Must be submitted once EVERY academic year)
